You interview with the developers directly. The discussion with them was pleasant and they were truly nice. However, there was a serious lack of clarity about what is required for the job, in the preceding e-mails and in the interview directly. For instance, it wasn't clear whether the advertised position has the option of remote work or not, etc. This, unfortunately, wastes your time if you're only interested in one of these options. The position's requirement have to be clear from the get-go, in my opinion.
